Required Deposit
The required deposit for Charters: $3000 for Captain Only and $4500 for All Inclusive (“Term”) Charters. Balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your booking. Balance due not received 30 days prior to beginning of charter date will be considered a cancellation, unless otherwise agreed in writing (typically small up charges such as an extra night’s stay).

Cancellation or Changes
All Cancellation or Changes must be made in writing (either postal or email).

Cancellation Fee’s are as follows:
Changes/Cancellation within 120 days- no fee
Changes/Cancellation within 90 days- 10% fee of original cost
Changes/Cancellation within 60 days- 20% fee of original cost
Changes/Cancellation after 60 days- non refundable deposit, must re-book
